This is the original Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing course, that accompanies the book Mindful Hypnobirthing (you don't have to read the book to do the course).

Sophie has been working with families since 2016 as a hypnotherapist and doula, She's been in the rooms, with the families as they traverse the powerful threshold into life, motherhood and parenthood.
This course is finely tuned, it may sometimes have elements you recognise in other courses, but her therapeutic training coupled with experience means that the course is woven together in a way the creates profound shifts. You'll suddenly notice at some point that you feel lighter, more prepared and ready to meet your baby but won't know when or how that shift happened!
Benefits of doing this course
Hypnobirthing is shown to help

Further studies on hypnosis show that
- it can help bring some relief to hyperemesis gravidarum (sickness)
- help with breech turn, alone or with an ECV
- it can help with starting labour
- it reduces stress and anxiety both antenatally and postnatally.
- Postnatally it may help with healing (not pregnancy specific but hypnosis is well documented to support faster healing)
- it can help with breastfeeding (by reducing anxiety it helps with let down, quantity or milk, quality of milk and confidence).
- There are further benefits of hypnosis with reflux, trauma and phobias such as needles and blood.
Do you want a library of 20+ audio tracks for any situation?
There are longer tracks for confidence, there are shorter conditioning tracks of 5 mins or less which accelerated deep automated learning, and there are tracks for breech, when you are overdue and worried about induction, a track for those wobbles at 40 weeks. There is even a confidence track for your partner! You also have access to the labour track which is 1.5 hours long, no counting up or need to come out of hypnosis. Pop your headphones on and go deep into your birthing zone.
