Thinking of an upcoming employment tribunal I was extremely nervous and agitated but wanted to appear cool, calm and collected. I’m not sure if you remember me but we had two sessions a few weeks back. Just wanted to let you know that my labour went so well, beyond my expectations. the midwives were shocked at how calm i was the whole time. So much so that they thought i was nowhere near fully dilated. from the time my water broke to the time he was born was a total of 7 hours. i was so in my zone that i didn't make a single sound the whole time and i felt completely in control.

Healthy eating and weight lossÂ
If you are wanting to get healthy and lose weight, it all starts with habits. Long term habits. Hypnosis helps you to identify those habits that are holding you back and create new automatic habits and behaviours that support your goal, whether you want to lose a few pounds for the summer or have a long term goal. You may have been a yo-yo dieter all your life, or you may have just fallen out of good habits - perhaps you just want to "flick a switch" and get back into those healthy patterns again. Whatever your approach, we'll set personlised goals and get you on your way with ongoing accountability for those long term goals.Â
I wanted to take a moment to share how amazing it has been working with Sophie and having hypnotherapy with her after I found myself trapped in a worry cycle plagued by negative thoughts.
From our very first session, I felt a sense of calm. I was guided into a relaxed state, and it was as if a weight was lifted. I was aware of my surroundings, yet I felt free to explore my thoughts without judgment. The session equipped me with tools to manage my worry, teaching me to focus on the present moment rather than spiraling into what-ifs.

Exam support
Whatever exams you are sitting hypnosis is a creative way to make knowledge stick, and be able to recall it when you need. It may be a driving test where you need to feel calm, or an exam where you need to recall large amounts of information, or it may be the prospect of a promotion that you are afraid to apply for because of being tested. I am DBS checked and am experienced with neurodiversity.

Peri Menopause
Change can start to happen in your early 40's. At first it may just be some heightened irritability, weight that's a big harder to shift despite doing everything that you've done before, waking in the night more often. Or it may be night sweats, insomnia, anxiety about things that never bothered you before. For example, driving or making a trip. Hypnosis can work really well in menopause and it brilliant for reducing hot flushes. I can help you with tackling these challenges, but I can also help with menopause planning.Â

Hypnocoaching
I use a range of different techniques to dive deep into that directionless fog. We'll work on blocks that remain out of conscious awareness using powerful techniques. Some people come for a few sessions and others like to check in regularly if there is a long term goal or just to improve performance and manage things that may crop up and challenge them in life and work. I use a range of difference approaches that engage the unconscious, and help you to connect to your values, deep creativity and build confidence in being authentic, which in turn creates greater satisfaction, and success in what you do. Â
