Meet Sophie 

 Sophie Fletcher 

Sophie has been working as a clinical hypnotherapist for 20 years, and has also been training for over 15 years. She has written three bestselling books on real life applications of hypnosis and mindfulness. She sets up digital courses, and has a Level 3 diploma in digital marketing and Ai.
