Hypnotherapy and Coaching

My specialism is creating tailor-made hypnosis and imagery for women who are going through hormonal transitions. You are unique and any challenges you have are unique. Whether you are pregnant, a new mother or peri-menopausal I can equip you with tools that help support the changes in your brain and body.  With one to one work, you can quickly learn to let go of fear and worry by creating mind over matter tools that can help with many things from anxiety through to pain or even hot flushes.  Hypnosis is flexible and adaptable. Working one to one means I can find the best tools for you.  Everyone who works with me also gets access to the online courses. I work online, wherever you are in the world I can help you.

Private Hypnobirthing Course (6 hours)

 

Tailored made hypnobirthing classes are the best you can get. As a hypnotherapist I can create tailor-made imagery tools and finely tuned audio-tracks that go far beyond just hypnobirthing.  I'm a best selling author and expert in hypnosis for pregnancy, birth and beyond, with over 15 years experience as a hypnotherapist and doula. I have one space a month for this package and can travel to you, or go online.  As part of the package you get my books personalised and signed, as well as personalised audio-tracks.

I pride myself on confidentiality and as a therapist have a strict code of ethics I adhere to. 

There is just one space a month for this package and prices start at £1500 + travel expenses. (I also travel overseas on request)

This course can be run in 2 sessions of 3 hours or 3 sessions of 2 hours.
