Terms and Conditions — Birth Professional Trainings

These terms apply to all live CPD training sessions booked through this site with Sophie Fletcher. By registering for a training, you're agreeing to the terms below.

Booking and confirmation

Each training is £99 per person. Registering reserves your place. A session is confirmed once eight participants have registered; if a session doesn't reach that number, you'll be offered a place on the next date it runs, or a full refund if you'd rather not wait. You'll be emailed as soon as your session is confirmed, along with the Zoom joining details.

Refunds and cancellations

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Outside that window, bookings are non-refundable, though you're welcome to transfer your place to a colleague or a future date of the same training — just email [email protected] to arrange it.

Attending your session

Trainings run live over Zoom for three hours, with a maximum of twenty participants. Sessions are not to be recorded by participants in any form. This protects the privacy of everyone in the room and the material being taught. You're responsible for your own internet connection and device on the day; we'll send a joining link and basic technical guidance in advance.

Who these trainings are for

These sessions are designed for birth professionals: midwives, doulas, antenatal teachers, hypnotherapists and others working directly with women through pregnancy and birth. If you're unsure whether a training is right for your role, email us before booking.

CPD certificates

Everyone who attends a full session receives a digital CPD certificate by email within a few days of the training.

Liability

These trainings provide professional education and are not a substitute for clinical supervision, insurance or your own professional judgement. Sophie Fletcher and Mindful Mamma accept no liability for how the material is subsequently applied in your practice.

Your data

When you book a training, we collect your name, email and payment details in order to process your booking, send joining information and issue your CPD certificate. This information is held securely and used only for these purposes, in line with UK GDPR. We don't sell or share your data with third parties beyond the processors needed to run these trainings (payment, scheduling and certificate delivery). You can ask to see or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
