Booking Terms

1. Who these terms are for

Practitioner training and practitioner workshops are professional training. By booking, you confirm that you are booking in the course of your business, trade or profession, and not as a consumer.

2. Practitioner training

This covers the Mindful Mamma Hypnobirthing practitioner training and the Mindful Menopause practitioner training.

When you book, you are given immediate access to all of the training materials for self-guided learning, including the audio tracks. At checkout you ask for that immediate access and confirm you understand that, once access begins, you lose any right to cancel. Practitioner training is therefore non-refundable once you have booked.

Where your training includes a live option, your place on the live training is transferable. Please see section 4.

3. Practitioner workshops

This covers the shorter live practitioner workshops held on Zoom.

You can cancel within 48 hours of booking for a full refund. After 48 hours, your booking is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your place is transferable. Please see section 4.

4. Transferring your place on a live course

All live courses are transferable if you are unable to attend for any reason. You can transfer your place to another live course or workshop of a similar length, and you choose which one.

Please bear in mind that some workshops run only once a year, so the same workshop may not be available again for some time. In that case you are welcome to choose a different one.

Please get in touch before the session to arrange your transfer.

5. How to cancel or transfer

Please use the contact page, giving your name, the training or workshop you booked, and the date.
