Professional Recognition & Accreditation

Royal College of Midwives accreditation. The Mindful Mamma® Hypnobirthing Practitioner Training was accredited by the Royal College of Midwives in 2018, following a review of teaching materials, learning objectives, resources and outcomes. The RCM has since stopped accrediting external training organisations.

National Council for Hypnotherapy. Sophie is a Fellow of the NCH, an accredited member, and an NCH supervisor. She has also served on the NCH board.

Sophie holds an advanced DBS check and works within a professional code of conduct, with safeguarding and insurance in place for hypnosis across pregnancy, birth and beyond.
