Downloads and Courses

1.  As the products are digital products, they are non-refundable. 

2. Your data is stored inline with data legislation and is hosted on a third party hosting platform Kajabi. It is not shared with anyone else. 

3.  You can choose to unsubscribe at any time either by going into your members library, or clicking on unsubscribe at the bottom of any emails. 

4. Please ensure that you do not listen to any of the tracks whilst you are operating machinery. 

5.  Tracks and courses are not designed to replace medical advice, please contact your healthcare provider if you have any concerns about your pregnancy or birth. 

Teacher Training Courses

1.  The course that you have purchased is not for reproduction in an online format for sale or otherwise. It is sold as a service, either as a 121, or group course face to face or in person online.  All content is the copyright of Sophie Fletcher. 

2. The tracks provided are for use with clients only.  You cannot reproduce any of the tracks for sale. Scripts and content are the copyright of Sophie Fletcher.

3. The 6 mentoring sessions can be taken over a 12 month period from date of purchase. 

4.  You have access to the  course for 12 months after which time there is a membership of £5 a month.

5. Sophie Fletcher has the right to terminate your access if you are in breach of copyright.
